Here at Susan Avery we are the sole owner of the information we collect on this site.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Susan Avery collects information from our users at several different points on our website.
Sales and Payment
Sales are subject to availability. We can't control the seasoins and sometimes it is necessary to substutute flowers. When we do so, any alternate flowers will be of equal, or better, quality. We will always do our best to match what you have ordered. Payment must be made in full prior to despatch. Normally, products are in stock, however, if a supply problems exists, we will notifiy you.
Delivery
Please note that if there is no-one home when the goods are delivered, your order will be left on your doorstep. We always do our best to make sure our deliveries are safe but no liability will be accepted by Susan Avery or our carrier(s) if the goods are removed or stolen.
Prices and Currency
All prices are in Australian dollars and may change without notice.
Conformity of Goods
Any information, pictures supplied whether verbally or in writing is for guidance only and are given in good faith but without warranty. While every effort is made to ensure the description, and specifications of the goods re accurate; we cannot accept any responsibility for minor discrepancies.
Delivery
Some of you may not be comfortable ordering on line. That is fine and perfectly reasonable.
